The Registration Deadline has been extended for Three Additional Months, as announced
The Ministry of Commerce and Investment calls on all companies to update their data immediately via MCI e-portal “aamal”. The Ministry announced that the deadline given to the companies has been extended for three additional months, and ends on 02.09.2016 corresponding to 01.12.1437 AH. Consequently, the delayed companies and their shareholder will not benefit from the Ministry`s services
The Ministry of Commerce and Investment earlier emphasized the importance of data updating to the companies and urges the shareholders in closed joint-stock companies to register through MCI e-portal “aamal”. Since MCI aims to provide a variety of services to enables the beneficiaries of making use of the offered online services. Thus, the period of updating the data has been extended upon the request of many companies.
MCI would like to call on all companies that have not yet updated their data, to update immediately during the given period, so that they can benefit from the online services package offered through the e-portal site:
