The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has announced the opening of the registration window for the issuance of the Seasonal Discount Licenses, through E-Discount System, during the period from 19 Shaban to 2 Ramadan 1440 AH, corresponding to 25 April to 7 May 2019. This is due to the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.
This service allows the owners of shops and electronic stores in the Kingdom to apply for Seasonal Discount Licenses without any deduction from their annual discounts balance.
MCI calls on the owners of shops and all beneficiaries to apply for Seasonal Discount Licenses and avail of this service by logging in E-Discount System, link: (Sales.mci.gov.sa), then choose type of license and season, next fill the required data, list the products to be included in the license application, then pay the fee through E-Payment System (Sadad), after that print the license online.
It is worth mentioning that E-Discount System was launched by MCI, in cooperation with Thiqa Company for Business Services, early April 2018. Since the launching of this system, about 130.000 Discount Licenses had been issued.
