The Ministry of Commerce has published a Set of the Commercial Note Principles

The Ministry of Commerce has launched a set of principles for the commercial notes, which includes (140) principles derived from the decisions of the Appeal  Legal Committee, relevant to the decisions of the dispute offices of the commercial notes in the Kingdom, issued from the year 1434 AH until 1439 AH.

The principle set includes 15 chapters with detailed indexes to facilitate searching and viewing. It contains a brief index of subjects, followed by a detailed index and presentation of the principles and how to be applied on the commercial note cases.

This comes as part of the Ministry of Commerce’s role and interest of the commercial note system and its function, as well as its various regulations and practices, taking into consideration enriching the legal field of the commercial sector, also spreading the awareness and the commercial legal culture among the professionals and those interested in the business sector. All that comes in line with the Ministry’s continuous endeavor to develop the commercial environment in the Kingdom.
