The National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment carried out 2,305 inspection visits to monitor compliance in public benefit markets (fruits and vegetables) and to ensure that no violations of the Anti-Commercial Concealment Law were found.
The visits covered public benefit markets across all regions of the Kingdom, resulting in the detection of 65 suspected cases of commercial concealment. The violators were referred to the competent authorities for verification and the application of appropriate penalties.
The Program continues to conduct inspection tours in various regions based on indicators and signs of suspicion, with the aim of raising compliance levels and detecting violations and offenses related to commercial concealment.
