The Saudi Ministry of Commerce has reported a remarkable 56% surge in the number of commercial registrations in the gaming development sector by the end of the third quarter in 2023.
According to the Ministry's Q3 2023 business sector report, commercial registrations for gaming development activities have climbed to 2,803, a significant leap from 1,795 registrations recorded during the same period in the previous year.
Leading the charge is Riyadh, holding the highest number of registrations at 1,613. Following suit is the Makkah region, logging 622 registrations. The Eastern Province isn't far behind, tallying 315, while Madinah and Asir regions have recorded 98 and 42 registrations, respectively.
