The details of the case go back to a female Saudi citizen who complained to the Ministry against a car showroom that deliberately had sold a German-made car Model 2011 pretending that it is of the 2012 Model, all that had been written in the official sale papers, the said showroom did not deliver the car license only after two weeks of the purchase date, and after she had actually used the car, after that the woman discovered that the manufacture year written on the car license is different of what they had agreed upon .
In the meantime, she tried to cancel the sale and asked refund of her money but in vain. So she informed the Ministry to get back her rights.
MCI Control Teams had carried out the necessary investigation by calling up those responsible in the exhibition, the said exhibition tried to procrastinate and they did not take any steps to settle the case amicably, despite they confessed changing the model of the car.
