The Ministry of Commerce and Investment launched a new e-service for uploading the companies’ partners and the Extraordinary General Assemblies decisions through its website. Through this service, the Ministry aims to enhance the implementation and support the e-government, also to raise the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. Meanwhile, this service is considered as part of the premium services offered by the Ministry in cooperation with its strategic partner, Thiqa Business Services Co.
MCI pointed out that this e-service would enable the users to upload and publish the partners decisions electronically, without the need for attending the ministry’s headquarters or its branches, indicating that the beneficiary may upload his data electronically through accessing the website
Pd.mci.gov.sa, then the Ministry would verify the information and take the necessary measures for approval electronically, after that the publication fees to be paid through
aamaly.sa and finally the statutory procedures to be completed electronically.
Notably, this e-service also allows the uploading of the decisions of the Extraordinary General Assemblies of the Joint Stock Companies electronically.
MCI would like to call on all companies to take advantage of this e-service by having access to the website through the link
Pd.mci.gov.sa, so as to upload the partners’ decisions and to request the publishing of Extraordinary General Assemblies resolutions.
This service comes as part of the electronic services provided by the Ministry of Commerce and investment in order to facilitate the procedures and organize the trade and investment environment in the Kingdom.
