H.E. Minister of Commerce and Chairman of Board of Directors, National Competitiveness Center, Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi said he took part in the meetings of the 77th session of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) alongside the Saudi permanent delegation at the UN, the Ministry of Justice and the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
In his Twitter account, Al-Qasabi tweeted that a workshop was held in which the Saudi delegation of the Ministry of Justice, the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, and the National Center for Competitiveness highlighted the most recent legislative and judicial reforms and dispute resolution alternative methods in the Kingdom, which were consistent with international best practices in the presence of participating delegations, law firms and the business sector.
