MCI Launches a New e-Service for Submitting the Objections and Grievances Electronically against the Decisions of the Dispute Settlement Departments in the Kingdom

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has launched a new e-service for submitting the objections and grievanceselectronically against the decisions of the Dispute Settlement Departments in the Kingdom, in regard to the commercial papers, through the Ministry's website, via this link, click here
 
The Ministry pointed out that this e-service will enable all beneficiaries, who were sentenced by the decisions of the Dispute Settlement Depts. in the Kingdom, In regard to thecommercial papers, or their official representatives, of submitting their complaints, objections and appeals against the decisions of the above mentioned depts. Or the Legal Committee, without the need for attending the Ministry`s headquarters or its branches.

This comes within the interest and pursuit of the Ministry to facilitate and develop its services and to improve the workingand investment environment in the economic sectors, as well asfinding out creative solutions that may speed up the application of e-government, which may contribute in strengthening the National Economy and in serving the customers in a better way.
 
It is worth mentioning that MCI had announced earlier launching a number of e- services, including the payment for some services, as well as the issuance, renewal and modification of the Commercial Registration, also issuing the contracts for founding the companies by linking with the Ministry of Justice, in addition to a bouquet for control electronic services using smart devices, besides issuing the Industrial licenses, the issuance and renewal of the Commercial Agencies Records and other electronic services that have been implemented to the highest international quality standards.
 
MCI is striving continuously for the development of e-services, by applying the latest technology that meet the needs of the commercial and industrial sectors in the Kingdom, since all that have great effect on the strength and durability of the National Economy.
