The inspection teams of the Ministry of Commerce Tabuk Region Branch carried out 14,770 price monitoring tasks for commodities and products as part of the inspections visits that totaled more than 3,117. The visits covered warehouses, markets, and outlets in the region's cities and governorates.
These inspections are intended to monitor markets, price levels, product abundance, ensuring the availability of different suppliers and substitute products. The visits make sure that businesses comply with the Ministry's laws in order to safeguard the rights of consumers.
The Ministry urged the consumers to report commercial violations by calling the toll-free number (1900) or via the “A Commercial Report” App.
