The Ministry of Commerce has announced the recall of 694 Lincoln and Ford cars due to a malfunction that could increase the danger of an accident by displaying a blue screen or a 360-degree rearview through the rearview camera.
The Ministry urged owners of recalled automobile models to contact the two local auto authorized agencies, Al Jazirah Vehicles and Mohamed Yusuf Naghi Motors, promptly and perform the latest update to ensure their safety and exercise their rights.
The recalls cover the following models: Lincoln Aviator 2020-2022, Lincoln Corsair 2022, and Ford Explorer 2020-2023.
The Ministry advised car owners to check whether their vehicle's chassis number is covered by the recall campaign by visiting Recalls.sa, and then to get in touch with the said companies to arrange for a free update.
