MCI Launches Two Branches to Serve Customers in Al-Ula and Al-Wajh Governorates

The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has launched two new branches to serve business sector in Al-Ula and Al-Wajh Governorates.

This comes as part of the Ministry's efforts and keenness to provide services to the business sector with a modern concept in various regions of the Kingdom, also MCI is endeavoring to overcome any difficulties facing the customers by facilitating the procedures and having full control on markets, besides protecting the consumers and applying relevant Rules & Regulations.

By launching the two new branches, the residents of Al-Ula and Al Wajh Governorates, with their affiliate villages, can avail of the Ministry's services easily.

MCI Customer Service Centers are applying the concept of the comprehensive employee within a new and sophisticated working environment based on modern technologies that facilitate the procedures, saving the customers' time and providing quality service to them. MCI has allocated a self-service area that provides the customer access to various services, as well as the Ministry has provided special routes and groups for each service, thus enabling the customer to get the service he is looking for easily.

MCI is paying great attention and taking care of the customers by making assessment of their satisfaction and impression about such services. The customers are asked to evaluate the services provided by the Service Center periodically.

It is worth mentioning that MCI also provides 52 E-Services round the clock through its website (mci.gov.sa) to companies, institutions and individuals in order to facilitate starting up of business activity, besides enhancing the investors' confidence and improving the commercial and investment environment in the Kingdom.

MCI would like to confirm the on-going efforts to achieve its goals rapidly, also to facilitate and ease the procedures through providing e-services, thus saving the time and effort of customers, in addition to linking with all relevant authorities, so as to increase the level of transparency and credibility in providing all services to beneficiaries.
