His Excellency the Acting Minister of Housing Dr. Essam Bin Saeed has honored the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Real Estate Sale on the Map Program, for its participation and sponsorship of Riyadh exhibition for Real Estate and Urban Development "RESTATEX”, which was held during the period 7-10 Rajab 1436 AH corresponding to 26 - 29 April 2015 AD, in Riyadh International Convention Centre. MCI participation aims to introduce its program, which works to organize real estate sale on the map activity, in order to achieve the confidence and trust among dealers, to protect the rights of buyers and to encourage the entry of new investors.
His Excellency the Acting Minister of Housing has paid a visit to MCI zone in the exhibition, where he heard an explanation on the role and functions of real estate sale on the map program, and the Real Estate Shareholding Committee, where H.E. Undersecretary of Rules and Regulations, head of real estate sale on the map program, Dr. Fahd bin Ahmed Buhaimed has received the honoring award for MCI.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the real estate sale on the map program and the Real Estate Shareholding Committee, has participated in the activities of Riyadh Exhibition for Real Estate and Urban Development "RESTATEX", so as to define its services, provided to the beneficiaries.
