The Ministry of Commerce has announced the recall of 4,262 Isuzu D-MAX vehicles, model year 2023, due to a potential issue with water leakage into the Electro-Hydraulic Control Unit (EHCU). This could lead to electrical short circuits and pose a fire hazard.
Vehicle owners are advised to check if their vehicle's identification number (VIN) is included in the recall campaign through the Defective Product Recall Center website (Recalls.sa). They should also contact Alissa Universal Motors at the toll-free number (8001243222), Al Yemni Group at the toll-free number (8001240283), or Bakhashab Brothers Holding Company at the toll-free number (8002444407) to arrange for the necessary repairs, which will be provided free of charge.
