His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi, Minister of Commerce and Investment, has visited a group of small and medium enterprises today, as part of the Ministry and the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises efforts to promote and stimulate enterprises, and encourage entrepreneurship.
H.E. listened to the comments and suggestions of he/she entrepreneurs, and expressed his happiness and delight with the creative ideas presented by the Saudi young men and women. H.E. said " I have found high aspiration and great desire for success among the young male and female citizens. They have full determination to make their dreams come true. Absolutely, we will do our best to motivate and empower them. I pray Almighty Allah to help them to achieve their dreams, hopes and aspirations, so that they can contribute to the building and development of our beloved country. ”
H.E. Dr. Al-Qasabi visited "Al-Kaghed Café", which is a family-friendly café that employs a group of Saudi women, and run by the female entrepreneur, Ara'a Al Hamzani, who benefited from the support of the Social Development Bank for Microfinance. She prepared the café to be a suitable place for reading. The café provides services to families in a calm and fantastic atmosphere.
H.E. also visited "Lamasat Media", a photo studio, specialized in providing services for parties and events, owned by two entrepreneurs, Ali Al Kuwailit and Ziad Al Eid, who have transformed their passion for art and photography into a commercial activity that has brought them a significant reputation in Hail region during the past period.
H.E. Dr. Al-Qasabi visited also (Dar Khatoon for Ladies), a fashion store for women, owned by Salma Al Nuhair.
H.E. visited as well "Reef Burger", a restaurant chain run by a group of Saudi chefs, under the supervision of the entrepreneur Fares Al-Sunhat. He is the founder of this project and other start-ups.
