The Ministries of Commerce and Justice Launch the Service of Authenticating the Corporate Contracts Online

The Ministries of Commerce and Justice have launched the authentication service of the corporate contracts on line. This service would enable the customers to authenticate the corporate contracts online without having to attend to the Ministry’s headquarters or to the notary public office.

This process comes within the stages of easing and facilitating the start of business, and as one of the outputs of the committee concerned of facilitating the business environment, chaired by His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Investment, where the process of establishing companies is effected automatically and quickly. This would contribute to the development of the commercial and investment environment in the Kingdom.
 
The Ministries of Commerce and Justice pointed out that the authentication of contracts is carried out through the integration of various departments, such as the Commercial Registration, the Corporate System, the Notaries System and “Absher” system, so that the authentication process is done easily and smoothly on line. 
 
It is worth mentioning that the authentication service of the corporate contracts necessitated the attendance of the partners at the notary public office to complete the authentication procedures.

The Ministries of Commerce and Justice endeavor to improve the business environment, empower enterprises and create an attractive environment for investment. This would positively affect the investors trade activities in the Kingdom, and it would contribute for the realization of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030
 
The Ministries of Commerce and Justice call on all individuals and companies, that are interested to start a business, to avail of the aforementioned electronic authentication service by having access to the Ministry's portal mci.gov.sa or through “Meras” portal meras.gov.sa​
