The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has announced the start of receiving the application for issuing the discounts licenses for Riyadh Season through the E-Discounts System, as from 16.02.1441H, corresponding to 15.10 to 15.12.2019 AD. Therefore, the owners of shops and e-stores will be able to apply for the seasonal discounts licenses without any deduction from their annual discounts balance.
MCI calls on the owners of shops and e-stores in the Kingdom to avail of this service and to apply for the seasonal discounts licenses through having access to the E-Discounts System (Sales.mci.gov.sa), then choosing the type of license and completing the necessary procedures through the e-portal.
It is worth mentioning that this service enables the beneficiaries to pay the license fees online through SADAD payment system, and finally printing the license.
Notably, the E-Discounts System was launched by MCI in cooperation with Thiqa Business Services Company at the beginning of April last year. This is part of the Ministry's keenness to provide its services to the beneficiaries easily online.
