The Ministry of Commerce inspectors in Bisha Governorate carried out 239 inspection tours on markets and commercial establishments, during the period from 1 Shawwal to 9 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1441 AH, to ensure the abundance of products, and to follow up the prices of basic and consuming goods.
The inspection tours included: hypermarkets, food supplies, wholesale and retail markets, shops of luxuries, outlets for medical items and devices, pharmacies, steel, cement and building materials shops, petrol stations and car agencies. The inspection tours resulted in releasing 51 instant fines against the violators.
The Ministry of Commerce calls on all consumers to lodge their complaints and report on the violating establishments through MC Consumer Call Center (1900), or through the application of a Commercial Violation Report, or via the Ministry’s official website.
