MCI, representing real estate sale on the map program, would participate in the exhibition activities of Jeddah Urban Development and Real Estate Investment VI "Cityscape Jeddah 2015", which kicks off next Sunday 16/06/1436 AH, corresponding to 05/04/2015 AD, and lasts for three days, with the participation of About 50 exhibitors from inside and outside the Kingdom.
MCI aims to give a definition of the program, which works on organizing the sale activity on the map to achieve the trust and confidence among dealers and to protect the rights of buyers and to encourage new investors.
MCI participation would enable the visitors to be informed about the projects run by the Ministry, which exceeded 17 thousand real estate units in various regions of the Kingdom, valued at 20 billion riyals, in addition to have an idea about the necessary license procedures of selling undeveloped lands on the map and the permits of marketing foreign real estate.
It is worth mentioning that the sale on the map is one way of owning property, that allows the buyer to get a real estate unit at a lower price, as well as the developer would obtain direct financing through the payments of buyers.
MCI also works, through selling on the map program, to re-examine and develop all procedures and regulations related to the projects of selling real estate on the map according to its competency and power in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
