Beneficial Owner Reporting Service X Description Merchant companies A digital service on the Ministry of Commerce portal that enables authorized representatives of accredited financial entities to report beneficial owner data for establishments using the unified number, with Nafath login, representative validation, supporting attachments, and a reference number upon successful submission. Steps Conditions Required Documents Login via Nafath. Validate user as an authorized representative and display entity/representative data (read-only). Enter the establishment unified number and click “Inquire”. Upon successful inquiry, enter UBO details. Select suspicion indicators and enter report text. Upload required attachments. Submit and receive a reference number + email acknowledgement. Service is restricted to pre-registered representatives of accredited financial entities. Login via Nafath with representative validation; report is linked to the reporting entity. Unified number inquiry is required to retrieve establishment name (Arabic) and CR status. Provide required UBO data and select suspicion indicators from an approved list. Report text is mandatory (max 500 characters). Attachments: at least 1 (up to 5); allowed types PDF/XLS/XLSX; max 5MB per file. Duplicate prevention: block duplicates for (ReportingEntityId + CrNationalNumber + UboIdType/UboIdNumber); show message and previous reference number. On successful submission, generate a report reference number and send an email acknowledgement to the representative corporate email. Establishment unified number. UBO data (full name, ID type/number, date of birth, nationality). Suspicion indicators (from an approved list). Report text (max 500 characters). At least 1 attachment (up to 5) per allowed types/size.
