Unified call and communication center

 

The initiative  seeks to coordinate the efforts of the relevant parties by developing a strategy for communicating with the business community through the establishment of a unified 24-hour call center  to serve users, respond to their inquiries, file their complaints, and handle them. It also aims to improve  the quality of services offered to the Center's users through rigorous follow-up on service implementation, monitoring, leadership and control of operations, and the formation of sustainable entrepreneurship councils.
