On May 3, 2021, a royal decree was issued to appoint her as Vice Minister of Commerce, at the excellent rank.
A royal decree was issued in December 2019 appointing her assistant to the Minister of Commerce at the excellent rank.
In September 2019, the Council of Ministers approved the assignment of the duties of the CEO of the National Competitiveness Center.
Dr. Eman graduated from the Department of Chemistry, Imam Faisal bin Abdul Rahman University in 1992

She has got as well a scholarship from the Ministry of Education to continue her postgraduate study and to get the doctorate at the University of Bristol, UK.
