Hisham holds a number of positions at the government and private sectors, such as, Arabsat Foundation, Industrial Development Fund, Oracle Co., “Sadad” Payment System, Government Transactions Program (Yusr), most recently the Director General of Strategic Transformation Office at the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Development.
