MCI Real Estate Schemes' Committee is carrying on with its preparations to hold it 3rd auction, within this month, to lay ground for liquidating stalled schemes, under the consideration of the committee, in order to refund the contributors.
The committee, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. TAWFIG FAWZAN ALRABIAH , who is also its Chairman, has decided to hold a public auction to sell plots at Makkah Land scheme, related to Salah Al-Nifaissi, at Al-Qasser Hall, Jeddah-Hilton, on Monday 30 Sept. 2013, following |Maghreb Prayers.
The land lot size is 973,198,78 Sq.m, which is undeveloped, situated within the vicinity of Harm, along one km, giving to Makkah-Jeddah highway, only 12km away from the Grand Mosque and is fully provided with infra-structure services, at avail at the surroundings, in addition to municipality services.
Invitation has been made to investors and businessmen to attend the auction, sponsored by the minister and the members of the central committee, which called those interested to forward a cheque of SR 3, addressed to the Real Estate Committee, as a precondition to take part in the auction. Following the awarding of the auction, the buyer shall forward a cheque worth 10% of the total value of the sale, in addition to another that worth the value of the effort exerted, provided that the rest sum shall be completed and be paid within 3 months from the date of the auction. Presence of the buyer, on that occasion, or his legal attorney, is a must.
