31 Jan 2016
Within a Period not Exceeding Four Months

MCI is doing all endeavors to implement its initiatives for developing the corporate business and procedures. This goal has been initiated by launching “aamal” e-portal that aimed at providing a variety of services for companies, including updating of corporate data, as well as registering the shareholders data of the Closed Joint Stock Companies. This would enable all companies to take advantage of the e-services, provided through “aamal” e-portal.

MCI calls on all companies to start updating their data as soon as possible, also to register the data of the shareholders in the closed joint stock companies through the e-portal website aamal.sa In case of any amendment in the shareholders property, the data to be updated within a period not exceeding ten days, according to the Ministry`s circular No. 13230 dated 18 / 04/1437 AH, issued in that regard.

MCI would like to emphasize that all type of companies should take the initiative to update their data and to register the shareholders' data within four months, starting from today, taking into consideration that after this deadline, the companies would be unable to benefit from the Ministry`s services.

This step comes as a component of the strategic plan and as part of the initiatives taken by the Ministry to facilitate the corporate procedures and to remove any obstacles that may face the expansion of the commercial sector, as well as to avail of technology in serving the local economy, and to support the investors.
