The Ministry of Commerce has published the outcomes of the joint innovation initiative it recently launched to gather public feedback on “key innovative ideas to develop interactive merchant journey guidelines.”
A specialized team from the Ministry studied and analyzed the opinions and proposals. Based on this, an enhanced service experience will be introduced—reflecting the voice of the beneficiary and translating their needs into practical solutions that support the business environment and contribute to improving the quality of electronic services. This initiative comes within the framework of strengthening e-participation, in partnership with the Digital Government Authority.
