The office of achieving the vision at the ministry of trade and investment organize a training program in Riyadh in designing and managing the project management office (PMO) and the ways to measure their performance, that focused on the managers of the project management office (PMO) in MCI.
The training program includes lasts for five days and include several points like the types of projects and how to measure performance, the ways of maturity and development, education and training, in addition to raise awareness of the role of project management offices, types and how to build them.
The training program aims to provide the participants with the necessary skills in project management offices in the framework of the Saudi Vision 2030 , and the most important goals of investment in human capital, and aims to raise the efficiency and maturity and performance of project management offices in the trade and investment system in harmony with the goals set for the implementation of the ministry's initiatives in National transformation 2020 program and to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030.
It is worth mentioning that the trade and investment ministry launched the Office of achieving the vision at the end of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah in order to follow the progress in trade and investment system initiatives and provide the necessary support to move forward with implementation.
