Based on the principle of transparency and participation, and with reference to the Corporate Law, issued by the Royal Decree No. (M / 3) dated 28/01/1437 H, and since the Ministry is currently working on a draft of the implementing regulation of such law, MCI calls on those concerned and interested to express their views and suggestions on the proposed issues to be included in the said regulation, through MCI website, before Wednesday, 15/05/1437 AH.
This comes within the Ministry`s endeavors to share the views of the public, regarding the development of Rules & Regulations, to be commensurate with the domestic market and to be consistent with the best competitive practices.
