An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform, which enables beneficiaries to initiate commercial activities and set up a simple limited partnership. This partnership comprises two parties: the joint partner, who bears full responsibility for the company's debts and obligations, and the silent partner, who is liable only to the extent of their capital contribution. This service facilitates the following actions:

Recording of the commercial registration and the articles of association / bylaws.
Publication of the contract in "A'mali" newspaper.
Opening a business file with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Registration with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.
Registration with Social Insurance.
Subscription to the Official Business Address with Saudi Post | SPL.
Subscription to the Chamber of Commerce by location.

The existence of a legal document, if one of the partners is a government agency, a civil institution, a charitable association, or an endowment, entitling them to establish a company or participate in one.
The existence of a license or preliminary approval from the Saudi Central Bank, if the activity requires it.
The commercial registration must not be cancelled or suspended, if one of the partners is a legal partner.
The age must not be less than 18 years, and if the partner is a minor, a guardianship deed must be submitted.
The partners must not be government employees.
The following must be verified if the company is a (professional) company: - The partners must have a valid professional license. - The percentage of licensed Saudi partners in the joint venture must not be less than 25%. - The percentage of licensed partners must not be less than 70%."
