An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform, which enables beneficiaries to engage in commercial activities and establish a joint-stock company. This type of company is formed by two or more natural or legal entities who are individually liable for their own investments and collectively for the company's debts and obligations. A partner in such a company attains the status of a merchant. The service facilitates the following processes:

Recording of the commercial registration and the articles of association / bylaws.
Publication of the contract in "A'mali" newspaper.
Opening a business file with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Registration with the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority.
Registration with Social Insurance.
Subscription to the Official Business Address with Saudi Post | SPL.
Subscription to the Chamber of Commerce by location.

The age shall not be less than 18 years, and in the event that the applicant is a minor under the age of puberty, the guardianship deed shall be submitted.
The partners should not be government employees.
The commercial registration shall not be canceled, suspended or terminated, if one of the partners is a corporate partner.
The following must be verified in the event that the company's capacity is (professional):
The presence of a valid professional license for the partners.
The proportion of the licensed Saudi partner shall not be less than 25% if the company is a mixed company.
The percentage of licensed partners shall not be less than 70%.

Existence of a legal document in the event that one of the partners is a government agency, a civil institution, a charitable association, or an endowment; To give him the right to establish a company or participate in a company.
The existence of a license from the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, if the activity requires it.
