An electronic service provided by the Ministry of Commerce through the Saudi Business Center platform, allowing beneficiaries to start their businesses without having to visit service centers.

Access the platform: Via the National Unified Access through the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: From "Electronic Services" > "Commercial Registration" > Select the registration type "Establishment", then start the service.
Fill in the establishment information: Review and agree to the terms. - Fill in the owner's information and contact information. - Enter the approved business address.
Add the required information: Select the business activities. - Enter the e-commerce information (if applicable). - Determine the capital. - Choose the trade name type and its composition.
Complete the commercial registration information: Enter the establishment's address and contact information. - Appoint the establishment manager and enter their information.
Review and submit the application: Review the application summary. - Approve the declaration and submit the application.
Party approval: If required, approval will be obtained from the register owner or other managers.
Payment: Issue the invoice and pay the fees via SADAD or card. - After payment, the commercial registration is officially issued.
Automatic registration with relevant authorities: After issuing the record, registration is automatic with: the Ministry of Human Resources - the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority - the General Organization for Social Insurance - Saudi Post (National Address) - the Chamber of Commerce.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Not a government employee.
The owner must not have an active commercial registration for a sole proprietorship.

Attach the approval of the licensing authority if the activity being practiced is one that requires a license prior to issuance.
Specify the practice of e-commerce if the applicant is practicing it.
If the applicant is a cooperative or charitable association, the following documents must be submitted from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development or the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development: - Attach a copy of the registration certificate. - Attach a copy of the letter approving the association's board of directors, along with a copy of the association's bylaws. - Attach a copy of the cooperative association's bylaws. - Attach a power of attorney from the association's board of directors to a Saudi person to complete the registration procedures in the commercial register.
Verify the following if the applicant is an endowment institution: - Attach the endowment deed from the Personal Status Court. - Attach a legal power of attorney from the donor, the endowment supervisor, or the supervisory board to issue a commercial registration with the endowment deed.
