For facilitating foreign investment and business in general, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment has launched a new service for obtaining the commercial registration in English online, whether for companies or institutions.
This step comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts and support for the business sector, and for enhancing the digital transformation initiatives in cooperation with Thiqah Business Services Company, taking into consideration empowering the private sector and raising the level of services provided by the Ministry to contribute to business growth.
It is worth mentioning that the commercial registrations were going through many stages in the past, such as the manual translation at the accredited translation offices outside the Ministry, then they required authentication by the Ministry to be valid, while the new service made it possible to obtain the C.R. directly in English online.

E.mci.gov.sa) and avail of the digital services provided by the Ministry.
