MCI Launches New Customer Services Branch in Makkah

The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has opened a new customer services branch in Makkah, offering services for the business sector and customers in the Holy City of Makkah and its affiliates.

The new headquarters is located in Mawasem Tower on the Third Ring Road in Makkah, with a total area of 13 thousand square meters.

This comes within the framework of the Ministry's keenness and efforts to provide its services with updated and modern concept in various regions of the Kingdom, also to overcome all difficulties facing the customers, as well as to facilitate and ease their procedures, besides having full control over markets, protecting consumers, and implementing the Rules & Regulations.

It is worth mentioning that MCI is keen to provide Customer Service Centers with a new concept of a comprehensive employee, within a new and sophisticated work environment based on modern technologies that facilitate the procedures and save the time of customers, also providing quality service for them. MCI has provided a modern area for self-service, so that the customer can have access to his desired service online, more over specific routes and service groups have been provided. This would enable the customers to get the service smoothly and easily.

MCI is very interested and takes care of the customers. Therefore, the customers' satisfaction is being assessed periodically. This is to Know their impressions and opinions about MCI services.

Notably, MCI provides 52 e-services round the clock to the companies and individuals through its website mci.gov.sa, in order to facilitate the start up of business activity and to enhance the investors' confidence, besides improving the commercial and investment environment in the Kingdom.

MCI would like to confirm the continuation of exerting the efforts to speed up the functions, also to facilitate and ease the procedures, so that to save the time and efforts of the customers by providing e-services, and linking with the relevant authorities. Thus increasing the level of transparency and credibility, while providing all services to the beneficiaries.
