Required Documents

Access the platform: Via the National Unified Access or email via the Saudi Business Center platform.
Select the service: From "Electronic Services" > "Doing Business" > "Ministry of Commerce" > "Annual Verification of Company Main Commercial Register Data." - Then select the commercial register or enter it manually when logging in via a direct link.
Start the service: Agree to the terms of service, then click "Apply for Service."
Specify the reason for confirmation: Select the reason "Based on the merchant's request," approve the declaration, and then click "Continue."
Update data: Commercial activities (can be modified). - Previous license or license cancellation data (if applicable). - E-commerce business data (optional). - National address (brief or detailed search). - Contact information and verification of mobile number and email.
Review and submit the application: View the application summary, approve the declaration, and submit the application after confirming the message.
Process the application: The application is sent to the Ministry of Commerce for verification. If there are any comments, the application is returned for modification.
Party Approval (if applicable): Partner or representative approval is requested as needed.
Payment: Fees are calculated and paid by card or SADAD.
Order Completion: After payment, the invoice appears and the order status changes to "Completed."

The commercial registration must be active.
The requirements of the commercial registration data amendment service must be fulfilled, in case of any amendments.
